Pls help. My favorite set.

I'm pretty sure it's the Modern Minimalist set, but don't blame me if it isn't.

I'm still trying to figure out what some of the sets are, such as "AnoeskaB, and "Dot".

What language is that?  Are you even spelling it correctly?  You are confusing my translator program!

Sadly that is the actual name of the set on the US site, and I am pretty sure EA made it up, although I could be wrong.

Those are names of FA's at TSR.  They are not downloads from EA.

You may not have the update that changed all of that -- sims3packs from the store no longer work with *i think* WA 1.33

The Mischief Bedroom, Critter Comfort and Forest Bedroom sets are all part of the Animals Abound set.  I'm sure the .dbc is listed here somewhere.  I don't know what the Dutailleur set is, so I can't help there.

I've the Animal .dcb, and it work, but some objects from Mischief Bedroom &Critter comfort bedroom are missing...  
and I realize that "dutailleur" is the french name !! It's hewnsman set !! Sorry...  

It's the same thing in Ultra Lounge set, some objects are missing... and I don't know why !

A page or so back, I mentioned that I was getting a 'non-critical core mismatch' message whenever I started up TS3. Well I remembered reading on this board that someone had added .cfg to the end of their resource file (since altering this file re-names it to resource instead resource.cfg) and so I tried this, and guess what? No more 'core mismatch' message.

I don't know if it will stop people's games from shutting down like some have mentioned when getting this message (I never had that problem to begin with, so I can't speak for those who do).

okay so I have a problem. I was stupid and replaced the dcdb0.dbc with the one from the link, forgetting to rename it and now none of my content will show up, none of my package files and none of the store files from here. Does anybody know how I can get it all back?

ok i got it to work, didn't notice my resource.cfg wasn't the good one u__u
opened it with notepad++ and changed it


there's new stuff on the sims 3 store, can't wait for someone to share!! (could never do it myself T__T )

Is there a problem with it working with Loft Stuff? I installed it yesterday and copied my Mods folder and resource.cfg in there, but the Store stuff won't show up in-game at all.

Thanks for these Witch, but I seem to be having a small problem with the Riverview.world file. I searched to see if anyone else reported this problem but may of missed it, so feel free to smack me.

I installed it correctly and got it working in my game, yet the names of every household, lot, lot description and sim have been changed to "World/Riverview/Household:FamilyName" "World/Riverview/Sim:Bob World/Riverview/Sim:Newbie" etc. I've re-downloaded the file from 4Sharded about 5 times, triple checked the install and its still the same. I've taken a few sims back into CAS using AM, changed the name back but it reverted back to " "/" "/Sim:Bob name. I forgot to check to see if it would happen to a newly created sim, but I'm suspecting it will turn out the same, I will check that out in a few moments and edit this later.

Its no big deal really, just a little annoying and figured I'd report it.


Edit: It doesn't seem to happen to new CAS sims, just pre-exsisting ones that came with Riverview.

I'm sorry, I haven't encountered that problem myself, although having just patched up to the latest, I'll make a point of checking Riverview next time I boot the sims. Have you patched fully? Have you tried creating a new Riverview game?

I'm not sure if you're supposed to decrapify .world files, I suspect not.

I had to take my computer to the shop a few weeks ago and wasn't able to back up any of my files and just gotten around to installing the game, so everything is a freash install. I should be fully patched to HELS since I just bought it today but I may have ran into that "Launcher lying about patches" thing, I'll have to look for that thread and double check. Should of mentioned that I'm running with WA and HELS.

I saved a few of the sims I wanted to play from Riverview and opened a new Sunset Valley, placed said sims and when into Edit sim, fixed the names but it seem to have only worked with the name that pops up while hovering over the sim itself, the world/riverview crap still shows up on the sim panels.

Was patched to 3.2.8 but I reinstalled it from the site you linked, reinstalled the riverview.world file into the correct place and still the same. Only thing I've used the launcher to install is a few sims and houses, I tend to avoid the launcher for everything other then starting up the game.

Could you re-upload the file or PM it to me? Maybe it got corrupted somewhere along the line. If that would be too much work then forget it, I don't need riverview that badly heh.
