Quick Patch Question

When reinstalling, does one need to apply all patches for every expansion, or is applying the latest patch sufficient?

I personally, patched each. This is because I'm guessing the new patch won't include all the stuff from the others as this would cause too many duplicate files for people that already had the prior patches. I'd be safe and download them all.
