oh goodie - it broke Pes's game? I ain't touchin' it with a 10 foot pole... guess I'm completely off my sims3 addiction until AM is updated to fix what the patch broke (and very heavy sigh over that being necessary). I may have to attend one of those 12 step addiction program meetings.

Just patched and already had a crash to desktop caused by the new shop mode! I was in build mode opened up the shop mode window, closed it and crash, no error message.

Yes and also sims3packs from custom content creators. Yep. From what I can tell, launcher or no launcher, if you didn't download it from directly from the store into your game, you will no longer see it in your game. |

I had some issues with riverview last patch and ended up removing it and reinstalling from the store, which fixed the issue. The file sizes were different, so possibly there were some changes. Also this time I tried to update it told me files were different than expected and wouldnt patch. I had to reinstall Sims 3 (twice) and repatch from the base game with the full 130 Mb patch. However, I havent gone into game with the latest patch yet, as 1. AM hasnt been updated. 2. The DVD is way over there -----> on the shelf...

All Non paid for Store stuff has gone, a few item are still their with no mesh, they appear as small spheres. Even items i own haven been added to the game, but the coffee maker I just downloaded off the store. Hopefully this can be fixed like the no CD part of Awesome mod.

I have a retail copy of the Base game, and the reloaded version of WA. After the patch it now tells me that my base game and expansion are incompatible and to please patch. However the launcher says that my game is up to date. Here's the game version it shows in launcher: 2.3.33.003002

** I did something stupid. I left the cracked exe in instead of putting in the .bk

Same problem here. I even did a fresh re-install hoping it would solve the problem, but I still get the "please patch" message. |

A workaround exists, but it involves DARK SORCERY and ELDRITCH ABOMINATIONS, so that's right out for TSR. But I fixed it.

I would guess you are right since I left in the crack, I assume the base game patched and WA did not. However there launcher has nothing for me to download now. Do you know where I can get the patch manually? |
