Can't load my neighbourhood anymore

Yesterday i had error 12 while saving (teenage sims got frozen while romantic interaction), but after loading again everything worked fine even with Simsis.sims3 bad file in "saves".
Today i've installed Compressorizer Redux 0.1.5 for the first time to manage panda set from store to work and some TRS stuffs from booty. Played game for maybe 2 hours, saved twice normally and while saving for the last time game crashed to desktop with no error note.
Started game again and surprise: can't load my neighbourhood only sunset vally.

Have Aw mod, teen woohoo and master controller but everything worked fine...

What to do now? Please help

Do you have a backupfile of the save? Try rename it, and load it. (Save an extra copy somewhere too, for extra safety.)

i did that but it's not working.

Did you try without mods in? Reinstall the framework? Deleted cachefiles?

Removed mod folder and still nothing. thank god for the backup that i've made 6 days ago but still i lost a lot. replaced current sims3 folder with backup and everything works fine but returning everything back it won't work.
It looks like the mods got nothing to do with it but i'll try to remove it step by step.
 
Is there any chance to repair this or i'm nowhere?

Probably lost. I recommend the autosave functions in AM, and also a regular backup manually once or twice a week.

removed mods step by step and the whole hood is gone. like it's deleted.

the problem is in mods after all.... but what exactly grr
