I don't have too much experience with this but...
Are you asking how to mount the images... or...? I use Daemon tools. It'll put a little icon on your taskbar (a blue disk with a lightning bolt). Right click on that then "Virtual CD/DVD Rom" and "Device 0: ....." and "Mount Image". That will open up My Docs and you can find your files from there, I hope. When it asks for the next disk just repeat those same steps but find the next labeled ISO (or other files that do the same thing like .mdf or .cue).
