Upgrading to better houses

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Can't there be a feature to toggle this to make them stay still? I now have the problem of having my sims move hyperactively around the neighborhood, making it hard to find them, adjust rooms, ect. Shocked

That being said, I don't want them randomly evicted either.

Rename their lots so that the lot name has the household name in it somewhere (e.g. Goth Manor). Any families in lots named after them will no longer play musical houses.

BTW search is your friend - this question has been answered many times already.
Also, thank god for Google spellcheck. Otherwise, this post would be intelligible.
