What 5 Buy Mode objects would you like Modders to make first?

When I'm decorating houses, I find myself wishing I had my TS2 custom content. Off the top of my head, I would most like to have the following objects:

A simple, backless stone garden bench without carving in it
A small fountain for fish ponds
A non-fugly lamp (all the EAxis ones are horrible, imho)
A buffet/cabinet thingy for dining rooms on which you could set plates of food, knick knacks, etc.
A larger indoor potted plant

oops, 6! a normal looking modern desk

I have a whole list of build mode things, too, like half-walls and split-level foundations, but maybe we'll get those in an expansion pack.

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head that i really want.

- a free standing shower like the one that came with university
- a shelf with many slots to display stuff on
- useable placement slots on top of the short bookcases
- a square one tile table
- clutter of any kind (more plants, kitchen pots and utensils, bathroom supplies, gardening tools, etc.)

Even though there are more slots on tables, I would love OMSP's so that I can at least place the objects where I want.  Clutter of any kind, SHELVES, and pool items (diving boards, slides, etc)

I want targa stairs, really prefer Spaik's attic stairs,
The ability to build stealth stairs without them rising up when I level the floor,
Aquariums, both large and small,
Tools, so the creators can make livingroom and bedroom sets to die for.

I miss pillows for the sofas and beds!

Cabinets or shelves for display items...useful cabinets / closets / display cases
Object mods that introduce new animations or behaviors to the game that add realism, story-telling possibilities or new gameplay options.
Recolorable stairs / stoops / ladders in a variety of shapes and sizes.
More USEFUL clutter and the ability to put clutter in more places, and clutter that is IN SCALE with Sims
NON-TACKY landscaping decor premades like small bridges and docks, bird feeders, bird baths, gazebos, koi ponds, stone lanterns, rocks you can sit on

Also:
Hair and clothes meshes that don't suck rocks.
I also wish there were more hidden surprises, such as, if a Sim approaches a rose bush, it finds it can cut and display a bunch of cut roses in a vase in its house...or unadvertised rabbitholes or useable beaches (for swimming), etc. You can exhaust all the variations and awards and so on that the game offers in less than a couple of days.

Decorative objects for yard and house.  Houseplants galore!

Lighting, lighting, and more lighting!

Nice outdoor deco, including furniture and more plants, and plants that look good under water!  I am creating a saltwater pond in a Sims' yard.  The bramble and banana plants make great under water plants for it but I need more!

Many more decorations, houseplants, and lights.

And lots and lots and lots more of the aforementioned stuff.

Nursery furniture. I don't care if the sims use it or not, I just want a goddamn changing table in the room.

OGOD SHELVES.

Spiral staircases or ladders...

A smart car. Or a VW Beetle. I don't know what it is about those little cars, I just like them so much. :3

Ankle socks.  I don't want my sims to wear shoes with no socks, but the big socks look stupid with short pants or shorts.
Customizable maternity wear.
Guy's hair that doesn't make them look like a tool or a grandfather.
Pajama pants.  Not sweatpants, pajama pants.
Shelves, but that's been said a million times.

ETA: I want real pajamas for female sims. I hate that the only available sleepwear consists of either dresses or t-shirts and undies. It's sexist and offensive to wiccans.

They're generally called "spiral staircases" or just "spiral stairs". "Rotating stairs" would imply that the stairs had angular momentum, which I can only imagine being logical in one of those carnival fun-house things with the wacky mirrors and spinning hallways, or perhaps if it were a spiral escalator.

More miscellaneous decorative goodies. I'm not fussy, I can find merit in most items, but I'm disappointed in the shortage of choices in this one.

I'll second the less toolish male hairstyles, too. Ugh, so much scene crap in there for both genders. Is anyone else wigged out by the children all having cell phones too? I wish I had a hack to disable those. It feels really wrong to me. I loathe cellphones themselves with an irrational passion, but kids with them is especially... ugh.
