none of my pregnant females ever show a bump

None of my pregnant females in either neighborhood show a bump of pregnancy.  They walk leaning back, as if doing the Limbo, but no belly is revealed.  Does anybody else have this problem? Or a way I can fix it?

yes throughout the whole pregnancy, and no longer pregnancy mod installed

I've been having this problem recently.  No longer pregnancy mods installed, though.  My sim has had five kids; she showed a bump for the first one, but none of the others.  The only mods I have installed/changed in this time are awesomemod (for a new build) and a mod to remove the red line when the game is paused.  She retains the walk and gives birth as normal, though.

Did you disableclothingfilter ? When I disable this I sometimes find my pregnant sims don't change their clothes when they pop.  And some clothes are not meshed to show the bump.  My townies and unplayed characters often walk around how you describe.  The game doesn't seem to change them into the maternity wear.

What I do is, I set up 2 everyday, sleep, and workout outfits to clothing I know shows a bump.  So when I hear the chime that they are pregnant I put them in the chosen maternity wear and when they pop they continue to wear this outfit.  I find this great since I can pick the color scheme.

That's the only thing I can think of that would cause it, maybe someone else knows more.
