Downloading from the exchange

Help! I have the real game, with my own code. So I registered the code, got the store points, it all worked fine. Then I go to the exchange, click on download, and it asks for my code again! I type in my code, it says that it's invalid.


What do I do?!

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have the real game and valid serial code, ask EA directly.

You need to contact EA and get them to sort it out. It is an issue with their site, they need to fix it. Why would someone here be able to tell you how to fix their website?
