Here is an update to Monique's Mods for Apartment Life. I have tested 80 out of 87 of her mods and listed below are my findings.

I only want  you to know that the Create baby with X crib form Monique is working fine for me with AL installed, think is no need for updates.

Thanks, I will retest and use the old base game cribs instead of the new cribs and see what happens.

I had been using the Sims2living teen woohoo and it was causing my Sims to lose the gestures option in thier interactions.. I went to the sims2living site to update and saw that it is now for donation only

is the one at PMBD current for AL ?? I looked at it and thought it was still the older version

Probably because no one has bought it and donated it. PMBD works on donations not on when things are released.

I knew that.. I just was unsure if it was updated to Apartment Life  on the PSMBD yet..

And to add to the list: Christianlov announced on his blog, that he wont update his mods for AL.

All In One NPC works with AL, in normal residences like before, in apartments you need to switch off "pay bills" and also keep the doors to the apartments open if you have AIO on the lot, as they sooo want to clean all the apartments, hehe. If you have different NPC:s in different apartments, neigbbors maids tend to come over and help when you play the other family. CL Nanny works fine in apartments as far as I have seen.

Not that I read Korean that well (or at all, lol), but I guess he is focusing on his uni studies - super highly competitive as they tend to be in countries like South Korea and Japan. But thats just a guess.
He did update the mods last summer, for expansions up to FT.

The Korean version of his announcement post does not specifically mention anything about uni studies, he just vaguely said that he's busy with RL stuff. If he is a college student, your guess is probably right.
