Should we break the cycle for the bonus rule by adding 2 or 3 extra rules to the challenge?

Whoever creates the thread gets to set the rules.  This is the main reason that I don't want to make the initial post; I haven't submitted any lots for these challenges and I'm not sure that I can tell what makes a good set of rules.  However, if no one makes a thread by the time that it's March, my time, I'll certainly start one myself.
