Is there any antispam for the locals?

I have all the antispam hacks I know of and the BV patch said it installed correctly, but I still got 60 new Sims spawned in 5 minutes and I think they're all locals. I didn't get them when I added the vacation destinations cause I used empty templates, I got them while visiting one of the community lots.

Did I miss something or is it normal to be stuck with that many locals? 20 or less per destination would be enough.

Anit spam is for memories - anti redundancy and respawn mods are for townies, etc.

60 sims is 20 for each destination (if you added them all) - though it should be about 10-12 per destination but - what Mim said.

Antiregen only stops them from being generated, it will not stop you from adding them as a result of templates that add sims, so you will need either fileshuffling procedures or clean templates.

I meant anti redundancy, not the one for the memories. And I did use clean templates, all the new Sims have face replacements, so they didn't come with the templates.

Are you sure that all the noregen hacks you can think of is actually the complete set?
Look at the clean templates thread in Peasantry; there's a list there.  Make sure you have all current versions.

I did have all the noregen hacks, but the one that stop the locals was old. I forgot to update it  .
I'll just keep the extra locals now that I know I won't get any more of them, thank you all.
