Updating custom fridges to Seasons options

Because I phail at searching.

I have a few custom fridges that were made pre-Seasons.  Now, post Seasons, BV and FT, they do not have the nice shiny Seasons options included (you know, to do with leftovers and stocking food).

How does one attach these options to these fridges?  I am pretty useless at SimPE so probably need some serious handholding.  (I have gloves and anti-bacterial handwash if you are worried about contracting vecki-germs)

The fridge.package file attached in that thread is outdated (no FT option), as it was made before FreeTime.
There is a thread all about updating CCs to FreeTime in Podium.

I am pretty useless at SimPE so probably need some serious handholding.
