Error message while installing OFB

Once again I am acting on my sister's behalf. Why? Because she is letting me use her computers while Shitbox is getting fixed.

Problem: Every time she tried to reinstall OFB she gets this message:


This is a legitamete copy of OFB, so she has the disk.

This only happened when she installed it on her new computer, she has everything up to Free Time, including all SPs.

Anyone know what's up?

Damaged disk probably.
If it only happens on that computer it could be that the optical drive is overly sensitive.

Try coping the entire CD to the harddisk and running a manual install.  There are instructions on EAxisweb.

Oooh, good luck with that.  I have two discs sitting right here that are expensive coasters right now.  I was getting similar errors.  They wouldn't properly copy to the HD either and just kept throwing more and more errors the more I tried to work with it.  I finally ended up arrring the entire mess.
