Windows to look like Full Screen?

Did anybody get both motives/job/etc.  panel and wants panel to show up together in windows mode, like in full screen? I only see one of them , the other automatically  closes the moment I switch. I tryed to change both resolution in game and on Desktop, but no luck. Is it even possible?

It works fine for me.
I run the game in 1152x864 windowed mode.

Do you mean the resolution of the game or your desktop or both?
And what kind of monitor do you have, I have standart 17 in'.

That's game resolution, my desktop resolution is 1280x960.
My monitor is a 19" flatron CRT.

I think you should be able to get both panels on any game resolution larger than 800x600, but you have to configure that in the shortcut you use to start the game, not from within the game.

Thank you Annan, that's exactly what I meant.
I did look before but had no luck. Guess I need better glasses 

I really like Windows mode, but could not use it because of this annoyance, now my life will be just a little bit easier
