The skirt and "wrap" on that Rose mesh is alpha editable, it is sitting very slightly apart from the Sim. So if you alpha-blacked out the skirt part, the Sim's skin would show.

If I remember correctly, it only has one alpha channel, but I believe you could turn it off. Because that would be a crazy polygon count having both the clothes and the body.
Actually, indeed, alpha-editable meshes do have a higher polycount because of their nature. I love it when creators create broken things AND it slows the game down! |

Aw, you liked banana foot. It makes redownloading that stupid mesh just to take pictures of it all worth while. When we run out of category ideas we might want to just make a generic "Awful Finds" thread. I worry that recently created gems, such as this one by Fee Essen, are going unappreciated. |

Actually, just the other day I experienced similar issues with the base game skirts (the long ones, I think it's 3 of them, one of them is black with some zig-zag pattern in the front) they apparently lack a proper fat mesh too. I'd never seen it cause I rarely use separate tops+bottoms (cause the majority of the options suck, and when they don't suck you can't match them with anything) Another low for EAxis. |

Sounds like it might be the "default replacement" pregnancy mesh.. LinknessShe's had to replace a few fattie meshes and one YA mesh because they exploded just that way. |

I do recall an EAxis mesh exploding like that, though. Having no 'fat' state, in it's original released condition. I think it was an elder formal wear, the dress with the little fur thing around the shoulders? Think it's been fixed since, but, I haven't put elders in elder clothes forever, so I honestly don't know.
