Mrs. Crumplebottom Issue

She just showed up on one of my residential lots.

For what it's worth, I installed the InSIMenator and used the relations adjuster to force love between a couple of sims without first using the lot debugger to get rid of a dead romance. They fell in love then flirted and fell into crush. I used the debugger to clear the dead romance then had them get engaged and marry. They fell in love again, the game lagged for a bit, and then Mrs. Crumplebottom shows up. She stood around then walked off lot.


I should be worried, right?

Do you have FT?  Then the Insim breaks things if it's in the game -- take it out and see if that fixes things.

If not, just get TwoJeff's Visitor Controller over at Inteen and ban the bitch.


(And yea, if she's showing up on residental lots, or anywhere outside of a Downtown, something is borked. I'd take insim out first and see if that fixes it.)

I don't have any packs past Seasons. The game wasn't saved so I'll take out InSim for now, play it over, and see if she pops up again.

Yes; TJ has updated or certified everything for FT, though the BV/FT version of the VC is still in beta.

Hmm, then make sure you have the most current version of Insim (I think it's Sept 23, 07), but if you don't have BV or FT, I doubt that's the problem.  Something else is borked.

I had Crumplebutt show up on a basehood res lot a long time ago, it was in Pleasantview. I laughed my ass off when she suddenly showed up and slapped the shit out of Don for kissing his wife (Brandi Broke) in their livingroom.

My hood was fine after that but the lot wasn't, had to move them out and bulldoze it.
