Imma go out on a limb and go ahead and give my personal vote to Oepu's Mother of All Pinched Faces.

MadameUgly: I'm torn between figuring that the Movie Screen Forehead just lowered the features too much in CAS, and chalking it up to the inexplicable (and alarmingly common on TSR) trend of custom hair meshers believing that a woman's hairline starts at the very top of her head. Criminey.
