I have no idea how to fix this so I would like to build the secret lot myself. Does anyone know how to do this? The instructions for building a BV secret lot, will not work.

I haven't tried going to a secret lot in a custom 'hood. I got too pissed by returning animation errors to keep playing sims I like. Has anyone tried to get to one in a custom 'hood?

All these errors are too much. I'm going to load FT and run from a new custom test hood. I think I'll put Emma in the hood and see how she fares. That will at least avoid borking my current running MATY and BV hoods, and it might just be amusing. Strap on your protective suit Emma. You're going in!  |

I picked it up today but I'm in no rush, either. Gotta finish building and configuring my new PC first, anyway, including a bigger C: drive, since I've just about run out of space on the old one I took out of my last computer. |

Also lulzy is the tree in the middle of the road - basically the whole lot is exactly backwards, with its own little time/space warp bubble of street where the back of the lot should be. *hangs head and weeps for the sad state of affairs at EAxis* |

I never even got into the secret lot, because the game crashed. And I'm in my own custom hood. I haven't tried it with a MaxisEA hood yet. I really don't have the patience for this. It's shit like this that's made me stop playing the game months ago. I'm sick of it.

I picked up my copy of the ep yesterday, and have yet to pop it in. The guy who sold it to me for $10 more than the rrp was a misogynistic prick who didn't understand the appeal of god games & tried to rally mr floopy to bully me about my game of choice. That was fun.
So, with many good things heard about the game & many happy memories of the purchase, I'm waiting before installing. I don't think I can play without my hacks. I definitely won't play without the fixes.

I have gone to a couple of secert hobby places in a custom lot, so far no problems, mind you I am running very few downloads and hacks. I have discovered I will have to start playing the game in speed 3 as it can get very long way to much stuff to do and I like perfect maxed out sims  |
