Hear ye! Hear ye! Post your bugs here. Anyone who can find a bug that was predicted in the borkpool gets bonus points. Anyone who  is the first to post about a bug they predicted in the borkpool gets super shiny ultra bonus points.

Submission 1:
Pottery resell pricing borked. Failed plate first sells for $20, a depreciation of $10 from materials. Left overnight, failed plate now sells for $70.  Good plate first sells for $40, a growth of $10 from materials. Left overnight, good plate now sells for $34, a depreciation of $6.

I found a bug too, kinda.
Maybe EA actually wanted it to work that way, you never know  Huh

When my sims do this stuff(see below) they stop immidiatly if there is another action in the queue, even simple "walk to".

Tinker, play violin/sintesizer/football/bascketball/helicopter and a new car.
Old stuff works normally, like playing old car/guitar and so, they continue to do it with things in queue

I mean it's wierd, almoust all this things are skill building.

And they also stop doing this stuff if their motives are low. But not really low, just a littlle low, like a half.
and they don't complain, as they normally do.

Maybe there are other objects with this problem, that I missed.

I am not quit sure if a new bug, everytime after my sims used sewing machine and will use it again, they complain that there is no seat and I need to buy new one.

I did no use Pescado's fixs so I am not sure if it fix these, too.

Sounds like the "chair in use" bug is back. Or has it never been away and just been stomped by one of J.M.'s fixes?

Here's another annoyance:

If sims's fun maxed out and he is directed to birdwatching,
he just takes binocular out and puts it right back.

EDIT: Don't have "chair in use bug".. so far  Tongue

Sounds like ADHD and queue droppage are running rampant in FT.

Well I'm not sure whether this is a bug, a feature or a peculiarity of my game.  So far I have only played The Mole household and I noticed that he had a green positive memory of being burgled although the wording seemed to suggest that it should be red.  This is a memory from before he was played so I wondered if it was just a buggy pre-made memory.  When I go back in game I may force a burglary to see what colour memory I get then.  I'm pretty sure that just because popularity sims like meeting people, it doesn't mean they like being burgled.

It would certainly be nice if "somebody awesome" could cap fun motive to 97%-98%.So that our sims won't be so totally happy. Those people don't exist anyway in our perfect world.
That way our sims could watch tv, birdwatch and probably some other activities without stop. Those people certainly exist .

So far I have only played The Mole household and I noticed that he had a green positive memory of being burgled although the wording seemed to suggest that it should be red.

This is true for the pre-mades in Riverblossom Hills as well. All of the "this person died" memories are green and all three of the O'Mackeys have positive memories of the adults' separation. It might be reasonable for the mother's memories to be positive according to their given storyline, but it doesn't sound like it should be happy for the father and daughter. I've been meaning to ask if there is a way to change the memories so they appear correctly but never actually got around to it. I tried deleting the memories I felt were incorrect in SimPE and replacing them, but they are still green when I check in-game.

ETA: I forgot to mention that I don't have FT installed yet, the memory wonkiness in R. Hills has always been like that for me.

I had a family sim get joined, and she got a red icon for the memory. The want was fulfilled and she got the asp points, and the wording was for a positive memory - I'm hoping Eaxis just fucked up the colors.

Was Romance her secondary aspiration? That might explain it.

EAxis said you don't get fears from secondary aspiration, only wants.
But that's what they SAID, not nesseserily DID.

One of the animation strings seems to be borked, ala children and juice. I'll post an error log when I get home. Tina has high interest in Arts & Crafts and lowish interest in Cooking (FYI, the cooking membership card spam is going to be unbelievable). Every once in a while, when she has nothing in queue and was living alone, she'd have an animation string error. Her boyfriend has high Sports, middling A&C, and low Cooking, and he gets them pretty frequently.

All my hacks were out. My only thought is that the only cc in the house are two of the CS beds, and corefuncs is in my removed hacks folder. However, I didn't think the beds required corefuncs in any way, shape, or form. No reason they should.

*dies laughing*

So people are going "Yay, he cheated on me!" and "Yay, my beloved died!"

I admit, that wasn't quite the type of bork I expected. They always do come up with something new, don't they?

I didn't actually notice this problem, though I'll look when I get home. However, I can say that I haven't had the chair bug yet.

Hi everyone!

I think I've found something really annoying:
Everytime my sims are off to work they suddenly appear on the lot again after some time but still within the time they should be working.
When they should return from work the message "You weren't at work blah blah" pops up - plus: I don't get any money.
And also I get some wierd anim-string error message

Sorry for my bad english

Are you running the game with any hacks? You can post one of the error logs and have someone take a look at it for you.

ETA: Has anyone run into a problem getting paid for work after receiving a big bonus from a chance card? Amidst all the general slam-your-head-into-a-deskness of the BBS, I saw a couple of people saying their Sims at the top of the Science career are coming home with -§27000 instead of §2733 after they chose the correct chance card.

Sounds like an improperly installed template. You did start the neighborhood fresh, right? You didn't try to put your old character files back in?

Yes it's fresh.
And yes, I didn't put old character files into.

Since I installed FT my old neighborhoods where I used custom content didn't load at all.
(I did deactivate cc before installing FT)
So I used the *fresh* neighborhood files from Sims 2 dir.

You can now select a second aspiration for your sims. So that you can have a knowledge/romance sim or a family/fortune sim.
