Owned businesses cannot be visited since BV

I'm getting sick of finding what I can't do since BV.

Now I find that owned businesses are not showing up in the "go where" list.

Salient game detail: All EPs + all SPs except FFS

FFS BV zip + ACR

Hood built on SaraMK empty templates.

Any suggestions? Or do I have to live with it?

ETA: No difference with all downloads removed.

I have no idea why you can't visit-and I don't think anyone else does either. The only thing I can think of is, your sim was actually at the business lot when you installed BV. If not-dunno. Sorry.

Owned businesses show up fine in my game.  People may be viewing and not posting because they cannot help.  I didn't post the first time I viewed for that reason.  I hope one of the morning crew will know something that will help you.

I gathered that my problem seems to be unique, I was just feeling frivolous while I toyed with a few ideas concerning the problem ... and to bump it.

I just loaded a practically brand new hood that was made on empty templates before BV. It had one owned business and that was accessible. It had not excited me much, so I have done almost nothing with it since installing BV. However I do remember that the owned business (a farm) appeared in the resident's options when going to a community lot. I just checked and the option has disappeared from that 'hood too.

I'm now totally bandjaxed.

Is the owner presently saved at the ownable business? You can't visit an ownable business if the owner presently occupies it.

Actually, when I had OFB, I for some reason couldn't have other sims go to an owned business and be able to buy items. So until BV, when I read someone talking bout their 'hood setup including buying all items from owned businesses, that I tried again. And of course it worked. Who knows how long I could have been visiting owned businesses if I would have thought to try earlier.
