I'm not sure if dizzy's phonehack was suppose to replace the original phonehack or just be an addon. I'm also getting lots of conflicts with a file called 363415e88b3c15e5fc53619c533d45db_0003.package and the phonehack.package. Not sure what that is or if it is the one thats causing the problem, yet.
General rule of thumb for me is if it doesn't have a name I recognize and I don't know what it is, delete.
You probably don't need it or want it.
If you remove it from Downloads and find that it does actually do something you like, you can always reinstall.
