Dead Servo?

So my Sim goes to his business for the day and when he returns I see my Servo in ghost form. I then receive a message that my Servo died on another lot and her spirit will return to her place of death. Poof! Ghost Servo gone!

First, is this typical behavior (a Servo leaving the lot on their own)? And secondly, I can't seem to find the lot she died on.

It does not sound terribly normal, no. Especially given the lack of things Servos can actually DIE from. I think something in your game is broken.

Crap! That's what I was afraid of. Well no big loss of the Servo (just make more) but what worries me now is what is "broken" within my game. There weren't any error logs generated (that I can see) with that event.

I managed to kill off a servo by satelite, so they can die.  The most likely (non-borky) explaination is that he's been eaten by a cow plant.
