"Hand Baby To" interaction

Sometime ago I have certainly seen a "hand baby to" interaction in a pie menu, when you click on another sim, while the the active sim is holding a toddler.

However since SEASONS, or Maybe PETS, the option never showed up again.

I started the game with custom content disabled to see if it was a side effect of some hack, but the option still wouldn't show up.

Does anyone have any information on that?

Actually ignore that, I have that option deffinatly for Babies. I can't recall seeing it for toddlers.

I am reasonably certain that there has not ever been a 'hand baby to' interaction for sims holding toddlers. Besides, toddlers are toddlers, not babies.
