I spawned a couple manually right after I attached my downtown, and I got the blond with the bob and some kid, and I realized they weren't using my templates for some reason.  I manually created some in CAS and then teleported them into downtownie-dom.  I used the random roller, a name generator, etc, to make sure I had as little to do with their creation as possible.

This is how I got a blond downtownie named Olympiodoros Abd-Al-Latif, but that's more funny than anything.

Is it possible this is a sado-random sim generator problem?  Maybe create a townie always starts in the same place even if there isn't a template?

Other random and probably daft idea - the sim isn't coming out of bodyshop is she?
