Is it possible to suggest Jewelry to townies in owned Business?

I play the Game in German Language and got a "Suggest Jewelry to...."  in english on a jewelrack on a Owned Businesslot.
I was surprised but tried and the Townie got some Jewelry but i could not chose what. So the Action is not the same as "Suggest Outfit to..." But from were is the English Menue.

Possibility 1: EAxis forgot to translate it (not surprising given the fact that the rank "general" was translated with "Allgemein" instead of "General")

Possibility 2: Are testingCheats enabled? Perhaps it's a hidden function for testing purposes and thus not translated?

Possibility 3: No idea

The jewelry displays are fucked up anyway. The autonomous browsing action shows up as "Set price for type..." on vacation community lots.

1: I carry a override to prevent the annoyance. It bugged me to for ages.

I tried myself, and  but didn't get any dialog box either. I presumed that the "Suggest Jewelry For..." option was bugged, and didn't investigate further.

Ah so i am not the only who has it happen. My Townie bougt Jewelry but without a dialog for me to chose what. What i dont get is the english Menue in a german game. The only english menues are from awesome hacks.

I didn't try it, but I also have an english menu (in a french game) for jewelry. I do play with testingcheats on all the time.
